I have not been registered with this practise quite a year yet, but have found them so far, very satisfactory. I must say I am extremely happy with my new appointment hygienist Amanda, who is lovey and very gentle when carrying out treatment and is very reassuring! Also very happy with dentist Elena and all the staff in general, who all seem to be doing their best, under the very challenging pandemic environment . All in all I am very happy with the service provided.

I am an extremely nervous patient
to the point of being terrified to even enter the practice! This man has never ending patience. And is so gentle and tactful! Due to my complete fear, up until now I have only had him do my checkups and teeth cleaning and then referred me for sedation. However at the start of this pandemic I got an infection, I was in absolute agony. When it was finally safe to visit the dentist, Waquas after giving me antibiotics offered to do the treatment I needed because with things as they stand a referral could take a long time. I was terrified, but he was amazing! I don’t know how but he managed to even make his injections painless. I can not recommend this Dentist enough. Also his new nurse Lauren was the absolute sweetest. I was originally mortified as she was new and didn’t know me. But this absolute gem of a lady held my hand (gloved obviously) and showed so much compassion. Thank you guys! I know just how hard you are working and you are very appreciated ❤️??

Fantastic service by Babak Houshmand and assistant Melissa, I have had some issues and Mr Houshmand saw me several times until we were happy, his standard of work is excellent and such pleasant service
