I don’t want to share the details of what happened here two years ago, but this place needs investigating. Had two teeth pulled for no reason, spread an infection and had to go to hospital and have 2 surgeries to fix the damage done.
I am disgusted with this place, and I really hope people heed my warning and stay away. They are criminals if you ask me.
Rude obnoxious reception staff, and a rude obnoxious dentist.
Stay away, your better off with a hammer and some string.

Same franchise as my old dentist so I thought it would be fine, I was wrong. I ignored the bad reviews on here– I was wrong, I’m not the exception.
Tired-looking indian lady insisted I do not have a problem with my left lower molars, upon my insistence that I cannot eat on that side without pain they gave me a filling on my UPPER molars (no pain) and sent me off to the hospital for a bigger scan about the lower teeth, saying it was probably nothing (I. CANNOT. EAT. WITH. THAT. SIDE.)
Second visit: Appointment cancelled with 10 minutes notice
Third visit: I arrive one minute late, after speaking to the secretary while travelling to let them know I would be late and I was assured it would be fine.
I walked in and they didn’t realise it was me, secretary was being told by dentist to cancel the ‘late appointment’ so they could catch-up as they were busy… Secretary tried to argue back and said “I’ve just told him it would be fine, he’s 5 minutes away! Oh… he won’t be happy…”
At which point I chimed in to both of them and advised I was standing right there, luckily I got my appointment otherwise I would not have.
Also, the dentist managed to nick one of my other teeth while doing the filling and now that one has a severe sensitivity problem.
0/10, the worst, just find another dentist. It’s not worth it.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!
No compassion, or empathy. The Receptionist was not very friendly, and the Indian dentist was patronising, telling me to be quiet, and let him speak!! I was offended, because all I want is someone to care about my condition, and be friendly in their approach!
Why is it so hard nowadays to find a friendly English dentist!! It’s as though they do jot really care; just a job! Poor “bedside manner”. Wouldn’t use them if you paid me!!

NO COMPASION, RUDE and a lack of understanding of VUNRABLE Adults….Telephone assesment scheduled via 111 for 11.45 am phone.call recieved just after 9.30. My son has extreme mental health along with agraphobia. The lady.calling was infact the.dentist i explained my son had been distressed.for 3 days and had been asleep since 6am after being.awake in pain for 36 hrs i was due to wake him at 10 in time for 11.45 appointment. I was met with such a lack of kindness or understanding towards my son not being awake and told she would ring later when she had time. I then looked at.the reviews here and would no way put my extremely vunrable son anywhere near this unkind woman. Reported to 111 who have been amazing.. and appointment made with a kind.caring.compasionate dentist.that.understands.t the word VUNRABLE.

My father who is 94 years old with dementia attended for the first time for a plate to be fitted. He had a few appointments. The dentist was very professional, patient and caring. Very impressed and would reccommend.
